Refund policy

We want you to love your new item but in case you change your mind or need a different size, we offer a full refund or a replacement within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unmarked and undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging. We cannot accept damaged, marked, or laundered items.

On returning an item, please contact us at info@eryca.co.za and specify why it is you are returning the item and we will arrange collection from your provided address.

PLEASE NOTE

No exchange will be accepted on sale items

If you would like to return the item for a second time, a collection courier fee of R150,00 will be applicable. The same return process as above will apply.
